Rating Criteria for Randomized Clinical Trials (RCTs)

At the first level of analysis, we present our results for each article according to seven components that aggregate different items. Further, each component is rated (classified) based on its ‘level of adherence’ to methodological and reporting standards.  Our rating criteria for such to classify these levels are generated by arbitrary cutoffs by which we intend to indicate to what extent a given component is reported or conducted as recommended.

Below we display the individual components with the respective number of associated items associated and rating cutoffs.
